  Structural principle: arc shaped gate is usually used for arc shaped gate, which is connected with support winch with two arms, and is lifted or lowered by lifting wire rope of winch hoist.   The radial gate is divided into open top type and down hole type according to the depth of water level above the gate top.   The embedded components of arc gate include side water stop, bottom sill water stop, top water stop device and bearing member of support hinge seat. Generally, they are embedded in the surface of concrete related parts, which plays a tight and bearing role. The general rubber is used for the water stop device of arc gate with small and medium-sized and small water pressure, and special sealing rubber is used for submerged high pressure radial gate. The bearing members of the hinged support seat of the open top radial gate are generally embedded in the cantilever bracket of the pier; some of the bearing beams of the radial gate support bracket are directly embedded in the mass concrete, and some ends are inserted into the side wall for anchoring.


  Arc gate opening and closing equipment: the opening and closing force of arc gate is small, the movement track of lifting point is arc line, and two lifting points are used for arc doors with open top type or large width and height. The hoisting equipment is arranged by one door and one machine. According to the structure of the building, the opening and closing forms of arc gate are usually adopted: the lifting point is set in front of the door leaf panel, and the steel wire rope hoist or plate chain hoist is used; the lifting point is set on the beam system or support arm behind the door leaf panel, and the steel wire rope hoist and hydraulic hoist can be used. The cylinder block of the hydraulic hoist of radial gate is generally swing type, so as to achieve compact arrangement and reduce the weight of equipment.
